Become A Client
Our journey together is a partnership, so I take great care to ensure that new clients are a good fit. I work with only those who are serious about getting well and making the diet and lifestyle changes that are necessary to create healing and long-lasting results – those who have a “quick fix” mentality or are only looking to treat symptoms rather than the root causes may not be a good match for my practice.
If you become my client, I am fully committed to coaching you through making healthy choices so you will have the power to reach your wellness goals. The first step in becoming a client is to book your free 15 minute phone consultation.
The steps involved in becoming a client are:
- Step 1. Schedule a phone consultation to discuss your wellness goals and confirm that there is a good match with my practice
- Step 2. Comprehensive 90 minute intake meeting, including client history forms and food journal
- Step 3. Evaluation through laboratory testing
- Step 4. Develop individualized recommendation plan based on lab test results
- Step 5. Implement your individually-tailored nutrient plan along with coaching on diet and lifestyle changes to address root causes and create healing
