About Me
I’m a Master Nutrition Therapist and Certified Gluten Practitioner based in Denver, Colorado. I specialize in healing children and young adults with depression, anxiety and behavior issues through a multifaceted whole body and whole life nutritional approach.
I coach and support patients and their families through implementing individually-tailored nutrient therapies identified through laboratory testing. I know how hard it is to make diet and lifestyle changes that will address root causes and resolve behavioral issues, and my goal is to provide education, tools and strategies, recipes and menu plans to make this easier for you.

My Story
My son was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 18 years ago. (Read my full story here) At the time, my husband and I knew very little about this illness; we reluctantly put him on medication and were wary of the side effects of these drugs particularly at his young age.
I had noticed a strong connection between his mood and what he ate, and set out to explore this relationship, hoping that it would provide a long-term preventative solution free of side effects – rather than just be a bandaid like psychiatric medications. After years of research and work for my son, I decided to pursue the field professionally, training at Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado.
Through experience and hands-on learning, I have seen that by determining processing issues in the body and addressing them with an individually tailored nutrient therapy, symptoms are resolved.
